Theofilos Bakirtzidis is both a luthier and musician. He left the city early in his life in order to live and work surrounded by tall trees and singing birds on a beautiful mountain. He makes his instruments concentrating on a different axis… special lumber (lightening-struck chestnut), innovation (solid body to semi hollow sound), ecology (no plastic parts) and natural sound.
