Master luthier Frank de Haan started the ‘De Haan guitars’ company in 2012 in the Netherlands. It stands for completely hand built, high-end acoustic guitars. Besides building guitars by himself, Frank nowadays runs a successful guitar-building school, educating dozens of students every year from all over the world. In 2017 Frank also founded the electric guitar brand: ‘Stoney Creek guitars’.
